Sunrise Sky · M2 — The Compact Couples' Apartment with Pool

Who feels at home here: couples on a long weekend, young families with one child, romantic stays. By far the most affordable apartment in the collection, with no compromise on quality or location. Same as above: pool 30 seconds away, full lake view.

Skylounge 360° · M3 — The Rooftop for View Lovers

If you go for the view, you book the Skylounge 360°. A private rooftop terrace with loungers, a dining table, a sun umbrella and a 180° view over the Lago — from Capo di Salò across to Monte Baldo. Inside, two bedrooms (1 queen + 2 singles), an open living-and-dining area with a fireplace, a bathroom with travertine floors. Feels more like a city loft with a sun terrace than a holiday rental.

Who feels at home here: families and couples who eat on the terrace in the evening rather than in a restaurant. Photographers. Sunset collectors. Anyone who would otherwise book a city hotel room and wants this instead.
